The Avengers and Batman in "Deleting the Detective!"

The Avengers sequel is getting more and more crowded.  The Vision has been added to a cast that already includes Iron Man, the Hulk, Captain America, Thor, Black Widow, Hawkeye, Nick Fury, Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver, Maria Hill and Ultron.  I figured that given the Ultron plot, The Vision might be hinted at or show up right at the end, but from the announcement That Paul Bettany will be playing the role, it seems like he will have a somewhat larger part.  Yeah, the movie will indeed be crowded - but so what, so were most of my favorite Avengers comics!

Cool!

I don't know about a crowded Age of Ultron film. The first film didn't feel crowded. Paul Bettany has been Jarvis for a while now, I think it's cool that he will become The Vision.

Firefly/Serenity didn't feel crowded. That seems to be Whedon's template and it works pretty well. Now we just have three addition characters. I like the ensemble nature of the film.

Any way you look at it Whedon has a blueprint and outline that would be Definitely Cool to see copied elsewhere. Maybe with other iconic characters.

Staying on the Ultron subject ... how about teaming him up with JLA's The Construct from Englehart's run? Might be a good team up somewhere in there!
